RCS has purchased the El Rancho Hotel, a 92-room hotel located in Williston, ND.  The property consists of two buildings totaling 52,767 SF and is situated on 2.93 acres.  Included is a 12,000 SF restaurant operated and leased 100% to a third-party, the Williston Brewing Company.
