In March 2012, CCS acquired Echelon, an upscale 62-unit condo-quality apartment project. Shortly after acquisition, CCS acquired the related amenities and completed approximately $1.25 million of capital improvements before beginning a leasing initiative. The project is currently leased up and cash flowing as CCS monitors the Las Vegas condo market.
