In April 2013, CCS purchased 133 of 136 completed condos in two adjacent high-rise towers, associated commercial space, and a marina in Ashland City, TN for $14.6 million, roughly 25% of cost. By resetting the ownership cost basis, CCS was able to adjust prices to the current market and successfully sold out one of the two towers in approximately 1 year, far ahead of projections. CCS closed out of the project by selling the second tower in bulk in April 2014.
