Grimes Logistics Services Inc. has signed a lease at the Northport Logistics Center off New Berlin Road, according to the brokers that represented the landlord.

Newmark Grubb Phoenix Realty Group’s Dan Stover, Bryan Bartlett and John Richardson represented Real Capital Solutions, the owner of the logistics center, in the 400,928-square-foot lease.

Northport Logistics Center, 11530 New Berlin Road, had been the largest contiguous industrial facility in Jacksonville. There’s an additional 471,699 square feet available for lease.

Real Capital Solutions, based out of Colorado, hired Newmark Grubb Phoenix Realty Group to represent all leasing activity on their North Florida assets, according to a statement.

Newmark Grubb Phoenix Realty is actively seeking a potential tenant to lease the remaining space.
