High Point is a luxury 32-story, 273-unit high-rise condo project located in Ft. Myers, FL. In June 2010, CCS acquired a note collateralized by the remaining 75 units at High Point. Upon acquisition, the developer had sold 198 of the 273 units for an average price of approximately $290 per square foot. CCS acquired the units for $88 per square foot and has since sold out of the project at an average of approximately $170 per square foot.
