In April 2011, CCS purchased the remaining 93 units at Mira Villa at Summerlin, a high-end condo project located in Las Vegas, Nevada. Mira Villa was built by Westmark Homes and acquired by CCS at a large discount to replacement cost. CCS implemented a sales program, including securing an innovative end-user financing program in conjunction with Wells Fargo, and has since successfully closed out of the project.
