In October 2010, CCS acquired a note from Wells Fargo secured by the condominium units and riverfront land of the Old San Jose project. The community consists of 28 luxury condominiums/townhomes plus developed land with density up to 240 homes and other attached product. CCS immediately sold the completed inventory while rolling through the development of 56 additional homes within the community and has closed out of the project.
