In December 2012, CCS acquired the air rights to build 29 luxury condos above a completed parking garage. After holding for 18 months as the Breckenridge market continued to recover, CCS began construction in summer 2014 on the $23 million project. The project was delivered on time and on budget with 2/3rds of the residences under contract at the time of delivery.
