Slifer Smith & Frampton Real Estate unveiled Silverthorne’s most anticipated new development, Fourth Street Crossing, to the Summit County real estate brokerage community earlier this week with a launch party at the Silverthorne Pavilion.

Close to 200 members of the real estate community came to learn about the Silverthorne’s new downtown and gave overwhelming support and positive feedback for the project which features the Skywalk Flats and Elevate Rowhomes.
