Developers have opened a luxury residential high-rise on Lake Grapevine in Flower Mound.
The 16-story Lakeside Tower has more than 50 luxury homes ranging in size from 1,400 square feet to more than 6,200 square feet.
Construction started on the project in 2017 as part of the Lakeside mixed-use development.
Irving-based Realty Capital Management built the Flower Mound condo tower.
“Each residence is essentially a custom home,” Leslie Bardo, senior vice president of Realty Capital, said in a prepared statement. “Our buyers are very excited that the time has come to move in and enjoy the stunning lake views and all of the amenities that the Lakeside Tower provides.”
Homes in the project start at more than $750,000. Christie’s International Real Estate is marketing the condos.
Dallas’ Realty Capital Partners, Colorado-based Real Capital Solutions, Trez Capital and Prosperity Bank provided the financing for the project.
The Peter P. Stewart Family of Dallas partnered on the development site.
The residential tower includes a wine room, a yoga room, a club room, a private dining room, a private cinema, a full-service spa, guest suites, a gym, steam rooms, a golf simulator and a pool terrace.
The 40 acres south of the Lakeside Tower is being developed into a mixed-use project called Lakeside Village, with restaurants, residential towers, office buildings, single-family homes, shops, two hotels, a wedding chapel and an amphitheater.
